1 lb. chopped meat (preferably 80/20)
6 cloves garlic, diced
1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Form into small burgers. Add oil to hot pan and fry burgers to the doneness of your choice. About two or three minutes each side for medium rare.
Serve with bread and a green salad for a nice dinner. Unlike regular burgers, I eschew cheese on these.
